Terms of Service
- Installation and commissioning of the products will be included in the cost and is the responsibility of the customer.
- On-site repair services are for devices installed by the company and can be availed of by visiting one of the after-sales service centers across the country.
- Please complete the device specifications completely and accurately.
- Submitting a request does not mean accepting the terms of the device’s warranty, and if signs of warranty defects are seen during any of the acceptance or repair stages, the warranty will be voided and services will be provided at a fee.
Software subscription
- Software subscriptions are available for hotel products.
Ordering spare parts
- This service is for all products that have a warranty. Therefore, during the warranty period and if the warranty conditions are met, customers can receive the requested part for free. Otherwise, the cost of the part will be borne by the customer.
- If a part is needed and there is no warranty, after reviewing the request, the cost of providing the part will be announced to the customer. After the customer confirms and pays for the part, the desired part will be sent to the customer.
Warranty extension
- This service is available for all HTN-Prime brand products. Please click here to request a warranty extension or go through the Public Relations menu.
- All owners of smart products whose warranty has expired can apply for this service.
- Please enter accurate and complete product specifications.
- After reviewing the request, the extension fee will be announced to the customer, and if they agree and pay the fee, the product warranty will be valid for 1 year again.
